Experience Required:
2+ Years of Relevant Experience in Forex/Financial Sales (Team Handling Preferred)
We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Team Leader (Forex Sales) to lead and manage the Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Forex or financial sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while mentoring a team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, motivate, and manage the Business Development team to achieve business goals.
· Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
· Generate new business opportunities and support the team in lead conversion.
· Coach and train team members on sales strategies, product knowledge, and client handling.
· Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Stay updated with Forex market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Tech, Finance, Marketing, or any related field (Preferred).
Required Skills:
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Forex/Financial Sales.
· Prior experience in team handling or leadership is preferred.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Target-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate a team.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Compensation & Benefits:
· CTC: ₹2.40 LPA – ₹4.80 LPA (₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month)
· Final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, interview performance, and last drawn CTC.
