Designation: Field Officer – Manpower Supply

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Travel to client sites as required)
Position Summary
The Field Officer – Manpower Supply is responsible for managing deployed manpower at client locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining employee discipline, coordinating with clients, and supporting workforce planning. The role requires regular site visits, attendance monitoring, issue resolution, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities1. Manpower Management
- Coordinate the deployment of manpower to client locations as per operational requirements.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability for all assigned sites.
- Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, and replacement requirements.
- Arrange immediate replacements for absentee employees whenever required.
- Maintain updated manpower records for all assigned sites.
2. Site Operations
- Conduct regular visits to client locations.
- Ensure housekeeping and support staff perform duties as per company and client standards.
- Monitor employee discipline, grooming, punctuality, and productivity.
- Verify that all work is completed according to the assigned schedule.
3. Client Coordination
- Maintain professional communication with client representatives.
- Address client concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Escalate major operational issues to the Operations Manager.
4. Attendance & Documentation
- Verify daily attendance and duty rosters.
- Maintain site registers and operational records.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of leave, overtime, and employee movements.
5. Employee Support
- Guide newly deployed employees regarding site rules and responsibilities.
- Resolve employee concerns related to duty allocation and work schedules.
- Support HR during employee onboarding and deployment activities.
- Ensure employees comply with company policies and client requirements.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure employees wear the prescribed uniform and ID card.
- Verify the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Promote safe working practices at all sites.
- Report accidents, incidents, and safety hazards immediately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
7. Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with the HR, Operations, and Accounts departments.
- Assist in mobilizing manpower for new projects and emergency requirements.
- Support management in achieving operational targets and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Graduate (preferred).
- Experience in facility management, housekeeping, manpower supply, or operations is preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours when operational requirements demand.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
