About the role
We are not looking for someone who just boosts posts or runs basic campaigns. We need a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist who has managed ₹5,000+/day ad budgets, understands the full funnel — from creative ideation to landing page testing — and knows how to consistently find what works by experimenting with angles, hooks, and page variants.
What you will own
- End-to-end management of lead generation and sales campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
- Creative ideation — independently generating ad angles, hooks, and messaging concepts
- Creative briefing — communicating ideas clearly to designers and video editors
- Landing page angle testing — building and testing different page variants to improve conversion rate
- Scaling winners — identifying top-performing creatives and landing pages and aggressively scaling them
- Audience segmentation, retargeting, and full-funnel structuring
- Daily monitoring of CPL, ROAS, and CPA — and making fast optimization decisions
Non-negotiable requirements
- 2–4 years of active, hands-on Meta Ads experience — you personally ran the campaigns, not just assisted
- Managed a minimum of ₹5,000/day ad spend consistently across accounts
- Proven experience in lead generation and/or sales campaigns — not just awareness or engagement
- Tested multiple landing page angles and can clearly explain what worked and why
- Ability to independently think of creative angles and concepts — not just execute given briefs
You should also know
- Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking
- Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and retargeting
- Funnel thinking — what happens after the click, not just the CTR
