Key Responsibilities
- Operate SMT machines such as Pick & Place
- Perform machine setup and changeover as per the production plan.
- Load electronic components and feeder reels correctly.
- Monitor the SMT production line to ensure smooth operation.
- Inspect for soldering defects and component placement issues.
- Maintain production records and update daily production reports.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with QC and production supervisors to resolve defects or machine issues.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices in the production area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
