We are looking for a Non-Tech Recruiter to support hiring for roles across the UK and US markets. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for non-technical positions across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, HR, Administration, and other business support roles.
This is an office-based night shift role, aligned to UK and US business hours. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, managing multiple open positions, coordinating with international stakeholders, and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Source candidates for non-technical roles across the UK and US through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, social platforms, and other sourcing channels.

Screen candidates for experience, communication skills, role fit, compensation expectations, notice period, shift flexibility, and location requirements.

Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, collecting feedback, and maintaining regular communication with hiring managers.

Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, market availability, and hiring priorities.

Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, HR, Finance, and other non-technical functions.

Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms and ensure job postings are clear, accurate, and aligned to the role requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening calls and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate status updates, interview feedback, and hiring reports in the applicant tracking system or recruitment tracker.

Support offer discussions by coordinating compensation expectations, documentation, references, joining timelines, and candidate follow-ups.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professional engagement, and structured follow-up.

Track sourcing effectiveness, offer pipeline, interview conversion, candidate drop-offs, and joining status.

Stay updated on UK and US hiring trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations for non-technical roles.

6–16 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to UK and/or US hiring.

Experience hiring for non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, HR, Finance, Administration, or similar functions.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, databases, and professional networks.

Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and stakeholder management.

Ability to work in night shift from office, aligned to UK and US time zones.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates across international markets.

Good judgment in screening profiles for role fit, stability, communication quality, experience relevance, and compensation alignment.

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience working with recruitment trackers, ATS platforms, Google Sheets, Excel, or HR systems.

High ownership, follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Prior experience hiring for SaaS, IT services, consulting, product, analytics, BPO, KPO, or global business environments.

Experience working with international stakeholders or hiring managers.

Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Naukri, Dice, Wellfound, or similar sourcing platforms.

Understanding of US and UK compensation structures, notice periods, candidate availability, and market expectations.

Experience in stakeholder reporting, hiring dashboards, and weekly recruitment updates.
