We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market IT consultants who are currently on the bench. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable requirements, marketing consultants to vendors and clients, negotiating rates, and coordinating the placement process. Key Responsibilities Market and place IT consultants who are on the bench across the US market. Search and identify suitable contract, C2C, W2, and other IT staffing requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and clients. Market consultants through email campaigns, vendor portals, LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms. Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients. Submit consultants to relevant requirements based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and availability. Maintain and regularly update the bench consultant database. Coordinate with recruiters and consultants to collect updated resumes, availability, skills, and other required information. Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, and offers. Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, and pipeline activity. Generate new vendor contacts and expand the company's vendor network. Handle multiple consultants and requirements simultaneously while meeting placement targets. Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors and clients throughout the recruitment cycle. Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and market requirements. Required Skills Strong knowledge of the US IT Staffing and Bench Sales process. Understanding of US work authorization types such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, US Citizen, EAD, and OPT/CPT. Good knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, and contract staffing models. Experience working with vendor portals and job boards. Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, QA, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other IT technologies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. Good follow-up and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred. Previous experience in US IT Bench Sales, IT Recruitment, or US Staffing. Existing vendor/client relationships will be an added advantage. Candidates with a proven placement track record will be preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of consultant submissions. Interview calls generated. Placements and successful closures. New vendor/client relationships developed. Consultant utilization and bench clearance. Daily marketing and follow-up activity. Revenue generated through placements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
