Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, generating leads, coordinating site visits, maintaining customer databases, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and property portals.
- Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and payment plans to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain daily follow-ups with leads and update CRM systems regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure prompt response to all customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.
- Achieve assigned targets related to lead generation and site visit conversions.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- Experience in handling real estate leads from digital platforms.
- Familiarity with property portals and CRM systems.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
