We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, social media, SEO, content marketing, and analytics, with the ability to manage campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Manage social media marketing, content calendars, and community engagement.
- Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website traffic and search rankings.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop engaging digital assets.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or brand marketing.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms are an added advantage.
