Position: Purchase Executive
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Purchase Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling quotations, coordinating with vendors, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products to corporate clients across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries for IT hardware, corporate gifting, and industrial equipment from existing corporate clients.
- Source products and negotiate pricing with vendors.
- Prepare and share quotations with clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and manage complete order processing.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in purchase coordination, sales support, quotation handling, or product procurement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
