Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of sales experience and a background in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills, technical understanding of design and construction terminology, and the ability to build relationships with clients while driving sales growth.
This role involves a combination of field sales, client meetings, site visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with design, technical, and project teams to ensure accurate project proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design concepts, construction technologies, and market developments.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and pipeline updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
- Knowledge of construction materials, design terminology, technical specifications, and project execution processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in architecture, interior design, modular construction, furniture solutions, or building products will be an added advantage.
- Existing network within the architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate industry.
- Experience handling B2B and B2C clients.
