Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT).
- Issue HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Warning, Experience, etc.).
- Manage employee induction, engagement, and grievance handling.
- Maintain HRMIS and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support performance management, training, and exit formalities.
Qualification: Graduate/MBA (HR) with 1–3 years of HR experience.
