- Technical Support: Responding to user tickets (via email, phone, chat) regarding IT issues, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network connectivity (LAN, WAN, VPN).
- Hardware & Software Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop/laptop systems, printers, peripherals, and software applications.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Setting up workstations for new employees and retrieving equipment from departing staff.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing root causes using system logs, error messages, and targeted questions, performing remote troubleshooting to minimize disruption.
- Security & Compliance: Ensuring antivirus software is updated, enforcing security policies (e.g., firewall, patching), and securing systems against unauthorized access.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and detailed, up-to-date documentation on resolved issues.
- User Education: Providing basic training to employees on new software, applications, and IT security policies.
- System Upgrades: Upgrading operating systems and software as needed to maintain efficiency
