Office Assistant – Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Distribute laptops, desktops, printers, and other spare parts to company branches as instructed.
- Collect and deliver documents, materials, and other office-related items between branches and offices.
- Assist in inventory movement, stock transfers, and maintaining proper records of transferred items.
- Support day-to-day office administrative activities and coordinate with different departments as required.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of company assets and documents.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Good knowledge of local routes and nearby branch locations.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to handle office materials and equipment with care.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in delivery services, office assistance, or administrative support will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
