Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all firefighting and fire alarm systems.
Conduct routine inspection of fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, smoke detectors, and fire pumps.
Monitor fire command center and emergency response systems.
Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly fire safety inspections and maintain records.
Conduct mock drills, evacuation drills, and emergency preparedness exercises.
Ensure all fire exits and escape routes remain accessible and unobstructed.
Coordinate with local fire authorities for Fire NOC and statutory compliance.
Investigate fire incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Train employees, security staff, and emergency response teams on fire safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with fire safety standards, SOPs, and legal regulations.
Maintain fire safety documentation, checklists, testing reports, and logbooks.
Respond immediately during fire emergencies and coordinate evacuation activities.
Supervise contractors during hot work and other high-risk activities.
Monitor fire water tank levels and firefighting equipment readiness.
Assist management during emergency situations and disaster management activities.
Education Criteria:
NFSC Nagpur preferred or BSC Fire Safety or B tech-Fire Safety
