Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director

Job Summary
CRM Enterprise Business Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a candidate to work closely with the Managing Director and manage day-to-day administrative operations. Excellent professional communication, organizational skills, and ability to represent senior management effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and business associates on behalf of the MD.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and business communications.
- Ensure timely follow-up of tasks and assignments given by the MD.
- Accompany the MD for meetings and business-related activities whenever required.
Admin Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Maintain statutory records and coordinate compliance-related documentation.
- Manage administrative records.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PA, Executive Assistant, or Admin roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work closely with senior management
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
