- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain customer records.
- Schedule property/site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Convert leads into site visits and potential sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
