Job Description:
- Monitor and support LAN, WAN, MPLS, Internet, and VPN connectivity.
- Troubleshoot network incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless devices.
- Perform firewall policy implementation and troubleshooting.
- Handle routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and static routing.
- Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for circuit-related issue

- TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel
- Routing Protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
- NAT, ACLs, VPNs
- HSRP, VRRP, GLBP
Security
- Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, FortiGate Firewalls
