Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and enthusiastic HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of HR processes, employee handling, attendance management, documentation, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Handle employee documentation and maintain HR files.
- Support recruitment activities such as screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Track candidate performance and maintain recruitment status reports.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee database and update HR records regularly.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support payroll-related data preparation.
Admin Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and coordinate daily office activities.
- Maintain office records, stationery, and general administrative documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records.
- Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR, or related field preferred)
Preferred Candidate
- Fresher with internship or basic HR experience preferred.
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
