Key Requirements
✔ 2025 or 2026 graduates only

✔ Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and technology concepts
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About the Role
As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and engaging technology professionals for client requirements across various domains including Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications.
Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training on:
IT technologies and technical concepts
Software engineering and technology career paths
US recruitment processes and best practices
Technical interviewing and candidate assessment
Client engagement and talent acquisition strategies
Key Responsibilities
Understand technical job requirements and hiring needs.
Source and identify qualified technology professionals.
Conduct candidate screening and technical qualification discussions.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role fit.
Interview software engineers, cloud specialists, data professionals, and other IT talent.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
Support recruitment initiatives for global clients and multinational organizations.
