Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make Daily Calls: Use our software and list to call potential customers every day.
- Explain Projects: Use your 1-week training to tell customers about our buildings and why they should buy.
- Handle Inquiries: Answer basic questions about prices and locations.
- Book Site Visits: Your main goal is to get interested customers to say "Yes, I want to come and see the property."
- Update Records: Keep a simple note of who is interested and who is not in the system.
- Follow Up: Call back people who were "maybe" to help close the deal.
50% commission will be given on closing each lead.
