Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with hands-on expertise in Playwright to build and maintain automation test suites for enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong automation skills, a solid understanding of QA processes, and experience working with modern testing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright.
- Build reusable automation frameworks using the Page Object Model (POM).
- Execute Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and Cross-Browser Testing.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to understand business requirements.
- Identify, track, and report defects while ensuring high product quality.
- Maintain automation reports and support manual testing when required.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Software QA & Web Application Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience in automation framework development.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Test Planning, Test Case Design, and Defect Lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-assisted QA tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar.
- Ability to validate AI-generated test scripts and improve QA productivity.
