We're Hiring | Customer Service Advisor
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Shift: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM (UK Shift)
Week Offs: Rotational Week Offs
Work from Home: Eligible for 2 days/week WFH after completion of 3 months from DOJ
We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Enquiries & Service team and support customers across a range of service, leasing, insurance, and maintenance-related queries.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries
- Providing information on vehicle leasing, insurance, and Otto services
- Resolving customer queries at the first point of contact
- Escalating complex cases to the relevant teams when required
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer interactions
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Delivering excellent customer service while meeting quality and SLA standards
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or International Voice Process
- Excellent English communication and listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple systems while handling customer interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience in the automotive, leasing, or insurance industry is an advantage
Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
