As we grow, we are looking for a skilled Sr. Google Ads Executive who can manage high-performing campaigns and deliver measurable results.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Google Ads Executive with 3+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, especially in Search campaigns. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, data-oriented, and passionate about driving conversions and ROI. Experience in travel-related Google Ads campaigns will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Search campaigns to drive leads, sales, and conversions.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads & Analytics, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
- Regularly track, measure, and report campaign results with actionable insights.
- Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns run profitably.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and new features.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align ads strategy with overall business goals.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
- Strong expertise in Google Search Ads (experience with Display, YouTube, and Performance Max is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets.
- Experience in travel-related campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Candidate must be willing to work from office (on-site only).
