Job Summary
Jeevan Rekha Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced TPA Executive to manage cashless hospitalization processes, insurance claims, and coordination with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), insurance companies, and government health schemes. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of medical insurance procedures, pre-authorizations, claim documentation, and patient coordination.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in Hospital Administration, Medical Billing, Health Insurance, or Healthcare Management will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in TPA operations, medical insurance, or hospital billing.
- Experience in handling cashless claims, reimbursement claims, and insurance documentation is mandatory.
- Experience in a multi-specialty hospital will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of TPA and health insurance processes.
- Familiarity with major TPAs, insurance companies, and government health schemes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and patient-handling skills.
