Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Designer (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design and are eager to build their career in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. The selected candidate will create engaging animated and static creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, websites, and other marketing materials while collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop engaging motion graphics, animated social media posts, promotional videos, explainer videos, logo animations, and other dynamic visual content.
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and other online marketing materials.
- Create marketing collaterals including banners, brochures, posters, flyers, presentations, infographics, and branding assets.
- Edit videos by adding transitions, motion effects, text animations, sound effects, and background music to create compelling visual content.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in developing creative concepts, storyboards, and visual ideas for motion graphics and graphic design projects.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all graphic and motion design deliverables.
- Revise designs and videos based on feedback while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
- Organize and maintain design files, video assets, and project resources efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and CapCut.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, video editing, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, graphic design, video editing, or creative projects is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹12,000 per month (Starting)
- Performance-based salary revision based on skills and performance.
