Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and detailed-oriented Chartered Account (CA) to manage the organization’s financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate finance and should ensure the organization’s financial health while maintaining complete statutory compliance.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax filings, reconciliations, assessments, and regulatory submissions.
- Lead the organization's financial closing process by reviewing journal entries, ledger accuracy, account reconciliations, and ensuring the integrity of financial records.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing audit documentation, resolving audit observations, and ensuring timely regulatory compliance.
- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and MIS reports while providing variance analysis and actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, banking operations, fund utilization, liquidity planning, working capital, investments, and borrowing requirements to maintain financial stability.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, identify operational and financial risks, implement process improvements, and ensure effective fraud prevention measures.
- Review payroll accounting and verify statutory compliances related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other payroll-related financial obligations.
- Conduct financial analysis, profitability assessments, and performance evaluations by preparing dashboards and reports that support management in informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities while staying updated with evolving financial regulations and ensuring complete statutory compliance
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
