Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the service team to ensure timely completion of service activities.
- Plan and allocate daily service assignments to technicians.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support for pneumatic conveying and vacuum conveying systems.
- Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Train, guide, and evaluate service team members.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, and Spare Parts departments.
- Track service KPIs, response times, and closure rates.
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and breakdown service activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 5–8 years of service experience, preferably in industrial equipment, pneumatic conveying, or vacuum systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer support and site visits.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
