Roles & Responsibilities
What you will do
- Design, implement, and monitor learning & development initiatives to strengthen skills and leadership across teams.
- Create, refine, and implement HR policies and processes in line with best practices and organisational goals.
- Manage the appraisal process and performance-linked incentive cycles.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment — from drafting JDs and shortlisting candidates to interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Handle employee engagement programmes and ensure alignment with the company culture.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage processes for exit formalities, including resignations, terminations, and clearances.
- Oversee routine HR operations, including salary slips, leave administration, and N benefits management.
Who you are
- A strong communicator with fluency in written and spoken English.
- A detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced agency environments.
- Holds a degree or diploma in HR with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in agency-side HR operations, recruitment, and engagement.
- Analytical, approachable, and adaptable — equally comfortable handling data and people.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong HR Generalist Profile with agency-environment HR experience
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience, specially within a PR, communications, or creative agency environment.
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience across end-to-end recruitment — drafting JDs, shortlisting, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience managing the appraisal process and performance-linked incentive cycles.
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience designing and implementing HR policies, processes, and learning & development initiatives.
- Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience running employee engagement programmes aligned with company culture.
- Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience managing HR operations — salary slips, leave administration, benefits management, and employee records/documentation.
- Mandatory (Experience 7): Must have experience handling exit formalities — resignations, terminations, and clearances.
- Mandatory (Skill): Must be analytical, approachable, and adaptable — equally comfortable handling data and people.
- Mandatory (Communication): Must be a strong communicator with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Mandatory (Stability): Must demonstrate a stable career record with sustained tenures, without frequent job changes or short stints.
- Mandatory(Education): Must hold a degree or diploma in HR.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
