About the Role
KAS Mentor is looking for an HR & Operations Manager to handle recruitment, employee operations, reporting, and organizational coordination in a fast-paced edtech environment.
The role requires strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to independently manage HR processes and operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and employee records
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation
- Support performance review and KPI tracking processes
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, media, and operations teams
- Develop and improve HR workflows and internal processes
Requirements
- 4–8 years of HR or HR operations experience
- Strong recruitment and employee management skills
- Good communication and organizational ability
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
- Experience in edtech, startups, or SMEs preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
