Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Location: Sector 17, Gurugram
Key Responsibilities :-
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate professionally with international customers.
Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
Follow process and quality standards.
Achieve customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
Requirements :-
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused attitude.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
