We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Academic Counsellors to join our Chennai team.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about Artium Academy's music programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable music courses.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head and academic team to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admission journey.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Academic Counselling, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Banking Sales, Financial Services, Insurance Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or any customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
