We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they receive a world-class service experience. This is a 100% Work from Home (Remote) position, allowing you to work comfortably from your own space.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma / 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO is a major plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Technical Setup: Must have a reliable laptop/PC, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
