Job Summary
The Microfinance Field Manager is responsible for leading field operations, managing loan officers, ensuring quality loan disbursement and recovery, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide field officers in daily operations.
Achieve monthly loan disbursement and collection targets.
Monitor loan portfolio quality and minimize overdue accounts.
Conduct field visits to verify customer information and monitor loan utilization.
Ensure timely loan recovery and follow up on delinquent accounts.
Recruit, train, and motivate field staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community leaders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Resolve customer complaints and support high-quality customer service
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
