Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Operations team. The role involves supporting day-to-day business processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations across various departments. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute operational plans, track performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, HR, etc.) to support internal processes.
- Maintain and update operational data, reports, and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Identify and escalate process bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects or initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills:
