Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our RMC Plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete quality assurance and control, with in-depth knowledge of mix design, material testing, and statutory compliance. This role involves monitoring and improving the quality of our products and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control procedures for construction projects.
- Supervise daily concrete production to ensure consistency and adherence to approved mix designs.
- Conduct routine tests on raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water) and finished concrete to ensure compliance with IS standards.
- Prepare, analyse, and report results from laboratory and field tests (slump test, compressive strength, etc.).
- Manage and maintain calibration of all QC equipment.
- Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and regulatory bodies during audits and quality assessments.
- Maintain documentation, test records, and quality reports as per ISO and RMCMA requirements.
- Train and guide plant staff on quality practices and safety procedures.
- Investigate product failures or complaints and implement corrective actions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in lab testing procedures and handling lab equipment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and RMCMA guidelines is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
