- Lead Qualification: Ask pertinent questions to determine customer needs and qualify leads for other sales teams.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log customer data, call outcomes, and notes into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Customer Support: Handle queries, address doubts, resolve minor complaints, and process payments over the phone.
- Quota Management: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead targets.
Pay: ₹8,880.67 - ₹15,016.06 per month
