Role Overview
We are seeking a polished and persuasive Demo Specialist to deliver compelling product demonstrations that convert prospects into customers. You will own the demo experience end-to-end from discovery to presentation, ensuring every prospective user sees the immediate value of algoQA's AI-augmented autonomous testing capability.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver tailored, high-quality algoQA product demonstrations to prospects and customers across all stages of the sales cycle

Prepare thoroughly for every demo: review customer context, configure relevant scenarios, and coordinate with the sales and technical team in advance

Adapt demonstrations to specific use cases, based on the prospect's environment and goals

Capture customer feedback, objections, and feature requests, and share insights with sales, product, and customer success teams

Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to align demonstrations with customer needs and product capabilities

Drive demo-to-opportunity and demo-to-win conversion rates

Maintain high demo quality and prospect engagement scores

Reduce sales cycle friction through effective product storytelling

Contribute to demo best practices, scripts, and assets
Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or product demonstration role

Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling ability, the ability to make a product come alive for a non-technical audience

Strong understanding of software testing workflows and QA team structures

Ability to handle live product environments confidently, including troubleshooting on the fly

Customer-first mindset with a flair for discovery, understanding what a customer needs before showing them what the product can do

Experience working alongside sales teams in B2B SaaS environments
