Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Lead Electrician, or in a similar supervisory capacity.
- Education: ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Licensing: Valid Electrical Supervisor License / Wireman License issued by a competent government authority is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of electrical systems, high/low voltage distributions, transformers, switchgears, PLCs, and motors.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and clear communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for report generation and tracking.
