- Operate boilers, monitor pressure/temperature/water level/combustion.
- Perform blowdown, soot blowing, dosing.
- Strictly follow IBR/safety regulations.
- Minor maintenance/housekeeping.
- Operate and monitor boilers, turbines, pumps, water treatment systems, and related utility equipment.
- Ensure safe startup, shutdown, and routine operation of boilers as per SOPs.
- Monitor steam pressure, temperature, water levels, fuel consumption, and other operating parameters.
- Handle emergency shutdown/startup.
- Coordinate with turbine/DM plant.
- Ensure fuel feeding/combustion efficiency.
- Strictly follow IBR/safety regulations.
- Minor maintenance/housekeeping.
- Operate and monitor boilers, turbines, pumps, water treatment systems, and related utility equipment.
- Ensure safe startup, shutdown, and routine operation of boilers as per SOPs.
- Monitor steam pressure, temperature, water levels, fuel consumption, and other operating parameters.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify abnormalities or potential hazards.
- Maintain boiler logbooks and operational records.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the boiler area.
- Guide and supervise boiler attendants and utility operators.
- Ensure compliance with Boiler Act, Factory Act, and safety regulations.
- Monitor water quality and coordinate with the water treatment team.
- Optimize fuel consumption and boiler efficiency.
- Respond to emergency situations and take corrective actions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
