Job Summary
Vision Group of Companies is looking for energetic and customer-focused Junior Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is an office-based role where you will interact with prospective customers, explain our real estate projects, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain the company's real estate projects and address customer queries.
- Generate, maintain, and update customer records in the CRM/system.
- Schedule customer appointments and site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Internet).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
