Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Technical Field Engineer to join our technical team in Madurai. The candidate will assist with field installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with field technical work.
- Installation and maintenance of technical equipment and network devices.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, cable, and network-related issues.
- Visit customer locations and provide technical support when required.
- Perform equipment inspection and testing.
- Update daily work and service reports.
- Coordinate with the technical team to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow company safety procedures and technical guidelines.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.
- Basic knowledge of computers and technical equipment is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Cable TV, Broadband, Networking, Electronics, or Field Service will have an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Madurai and nearby areas for field work.
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred
