Loan Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Loan Telecaller to connect with customers, explain loan products, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential and existing customers to inform them about loan products.
- Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, or other financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Explain loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and credit team for loan processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns politely.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
- Ability to work under targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
