Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (with travel across India and international markets)
Experience: 7-10+ years in Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) Sales
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced PCB sales professional to drive revenue growth across rigid and flex product lines. This role requires someone who brings an existing customer network, product knowledge, and the credibility to open doors with OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and EMS companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the sales pipeline for single and double layer rigid PCBs across various industries.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to generate qualified leads and fast-track entry into new accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, RFQ handling, technical qualification coordination with engineering and closing.
- Build and maintain a structured customer database (OEMs, tier-1s, EMS players, distributors)
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, quality standards, and typical customer qualification cycles (RFQ, PPAP, APQP).
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
