About the Role
Eduflair Learning Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and expand our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the EdTech industry, with experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete sales team, including Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Admission Counsellors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Drive admissions, improve conversion rates, and increase overall sales performance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
- Monitor KPIs, sales reports, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to maximize business growth.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in EdTech Sales (Mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years in a Sales Leadership role.
- Experience managing large sales teams (60–100+ members preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
