Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation & verification of RA bills and final bills
* BOQ analysis, rate analysis & quantity take-offs
* Measurement sheets as per drawings & site execution
* Coordination with site, contractors & accounts team
* Maintaining billing records, reconciliations & approvals
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in construction / real estate projects
* Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing & measurements
* Detail-oriented with good coordination skills
