Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and respond to inquiries.
- Counsel students regarding courses and admission procedures.
- Generate and nurture leads through outbound and inbound calls.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
- Stay updated on course offerings and admission policies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling student inquiries.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, academic counseling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
