We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our CNC Profile Cutting division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Target heavy engineering, structural fabricators, PEB manufacturers, and infrastructure companies.
- Lead Generation: Generate B2B leads via industrial area visits, cold calling, and digital networking.
- Technical Estimation: Coordinate client drawings (CAD/DXF/PDF), raw material yields (nesting), and commercial quotes.
- Client Management: Build relationships with purchase managers, production heads, and business owners for repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, steel/plate price fluctuations, and upcoming regional projects.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and strict adherence to credit terms.
## Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering, or Graduate with relevant technical sales background.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in industrial B2B sales. Direct experience in CNC cutting services, steel fabrication, or metal service centers is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of engineering drawings (blueprints, CAD files).
- Familiarity with steel grades (e.g., IS 2062, structural steel).
- Basic knowledge of CNC Plasma, Oxy-fuel, or Laser cutting processes.
## Key Competencies & Soft Skills
- Communication: Clear, confident negotiation with corporate buyers and technical teams.
- Negotiation: Ability to counter pricing objections while protecting profit margins.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driving license and personal vehicle for daily field sales/client visits.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
