Job Description- Sales Manager
Company Profile:
We at Dharaksha (“Dhara” meaning Earth & “Raksha” meaning Saving) are a young team of
action- oriented innovators lead by serial entrepreneur Arpit Dhupar( IIT Delhi , UN Young
Champion of Earth, Forbes 30 under 30 of 2017) trying to change the world with a collective
vision of eliminating the immense problem of Air Pollution. The organization is backed by likes
of Nitin Kamath (Founder of Zerodha).
Dharaksha was recently featured in Shark Tank India (Season 3) with a successful deal with all the
sharks.
We are using the power of Bio-Technology to create a sustainable and scalable line of
products. We are working tirelessly day & night to undo the wrongdoings of our previous
generations by putting the environment first and recreating clean skies. Our first line of
product is a biodegradable packaging material, as an alternative to conventional thermocol
packaging, made from crop stubble waste (“parali”).
We have partnered with Regional Centre for Biotechnology, Faridabad, Haryana for our Research
and Development and have a separate production unit of 20,000 sq ft in Ballabhgarh,
Haryana.
We are looking for passionate thinkers, doers, shifters. The misfits, the out of box thinkers to
unlock the next level of growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Dharaksha’s premium sustainable packaging solutions to high-value clients across artifacts,
- mirrors, marble, furniture, gifting, and lifestyle brands.
- Build and expand Dharaksha’s presence in the Indian décor and interior industry, leveraging existing
- networks.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium décor clients.
- Own and manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify, engage, and close high-value and premium customers across relevant markets.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Build, track, and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, production, and leadership) to ensure
smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership.
- Represent the company at client locations, industry meetings, and business discussions

- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a startup or growth-stage company.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing enterprise clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Comfortable with field sales, client travel, and independent working.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred

Working Hours – Office once a week | Field & client meetings on other days
Remuneration: Fixed salary+Performance-linked incentives based on sales achievement.
