We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Catalogue Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and optimising product listings across multiple online marketplaces while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and an understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing Management
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop, B&Q, The Range, Next, John Lewis, and future platforms.
- Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and comply with marketplace requirements.
- Maintain product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, pricing, attributes, and images.
Content Optimisation
- Optimise listings using marketplace SEO best practices to improve search visibility and conversion.
- Ensure all product content is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Review and improve existing listings to maximise performance.
Catalogue Management
- Manage new product launches and listing updates.
- Coordinate category mapping, product variations, and parent-child relationships.
- Maintain catalogue accuracy across all platforms.
Marketplace Compliance
- Monitor listing quality, suppressions, and policy compliance.
- Resolve listing errors and marketplace issues promptly.
- Ensure products remain active and visible across all sales channels.
Data & Reporting
- Monitor listing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports on listing status, catalogue health, and marketplace issues.
- Maintain organised product data and documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Design teams.
- Coordinate product information, imagery, and launch timelines.
- Support promotional activities by ensuring listings are updated accurately and on time.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on marketplace requirements and best practices.
- Recommend improvements to listing quality, workflow, and catalogue management processes.
- Support ongoing optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or similar platforms.
- Strong written English and excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of product listing best practices and marketplace SEO.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or product information management systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,960.00 per month
