We're Hiring – Architectural Draftsperson

Experience: 2–8 Years
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in an Architectural Firm and should be capable of preparing complete architectural and construction drawings independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, and Working Drawings.
- Develop detailed Architectural Working Drawings for residential projects.
- Prepare Electrical Layouts, Plumbing Layouts, Ceiling Plans, Flooring Layouts, Door & Window Details, Staircase Details, and Construction Drawings.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, and Site Teams.
- Revise drawings based on design changes, client requirements, and site conditions.
- Ensure all drawings comply with architectural standards and construction requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing documentation, revisions, and project records.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Architectural Firm.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Hands-on experience in preparing:
- Floor Plans
- Working Drawings
- Electrical Layouts
- Plumbing Layouts
- Interior Working Drawings
- Construction Documentation
- As-Built Drawings
Strong knowledge of residential construction detailing and execution drawings.
Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Luxury Residential Projects.
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and Revit will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
